Summer Sunset Flow

Tuesdays from 18.30-19.45

I invite you to join me in these four summer classes, where we are going to lift up the energy with a practice based on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to restore body & mind.

Focusing on the breath, we will start exploring the body with free and gentle movements.
Each class will be slightly different, changing the focus, implementing balancing asanas, alternating with more challanging poses to restore energy and strenght.
You will get into a nice flow that is very kind to your body & uplifting to your mind, so come as you are!

Each class will be ending with a guided relaxation or pranayama exercises to allow body & mind to reach a state of tranquility.

All levels are welcome!

The space has everything that you need for the practice, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.

If you would like to sign up you can register through:

Once you are registered you can get the pass and book the classes.

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.

Looking forward to see you on the mat!

About Marika Rocca
I was born and raised in Italy but I began traveling in 2013. My interest in yoga started in Australia where an injury forced me to find a way to recover. This is when yoga started to transform my life. Since then I have been on a journey experimenting with different styles and practices of yoga. I was lucky enough to learn from several great teachers during my stay in Australia, New Zealand and Argentina.

During my first stay in India I started to realize that yoga was more than a physical exercise. It started to change my vision and understanding of the world. It’s been a continuous growing and learning process on and off the mat which has led to a strong desire to share my experiences. In 2018 I decided to take my first official education in yoga.

In Buenos Aires I received my first certificate in integral yoga and at the beginning of 2019 I decided to travel back to India to complete a yoga teacher training in Hatha yoga. I also took a course to teach yoga to children and I recently completed another education in Yin Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. At the moment I’m diving more into yoga anatomy and Pranayama.

I like to implement different styles and practices of yoga into my classes, such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga with a particular focus on breathing. My intention is to create a safe and relaxed environment which allows the people to become aware of their body and can help them to look beyond the mat and within themselves.
